An International Conference on Rights and Responsabilities
Dublin, Ireland, 16-18 October 2002
The conference will address important issues concerning the role of alcohol in society, with emphasis on dialogue among stakeholders.:
- Who decides what ‘responsible’ drinking means?
- Where do the rights of consumer end and those of government begin?
- Who has the responsibility to educate the public about the ‘good’ and ‘bad’ aspects of drinking?
Registration is limited to the first two hunderd applicants, so early registration is strongly encouraged. The cost of registration is US $ 495.
